I am here to listen..
I spent over 12 years as an emergency dispatcher – being the calm, steady voice on the other end of the line on some of people’s toughest days. That experience shaped everything about how I show up to help others –listening without judgement, staying grounded when things feel heavy, and knowing that sometimes the most important thing anyone can do is simply by present and truly listen.
Returning to Serenity grew from a life spent listening –to bring you back to a place of centred, authentic calm.
